In 2026, Lori began the journey to establish this service, knowing firsthand how difficult it can be to strike a balance between work and home life.
For more than 20 years, Lori worked for a local real estate firm as an Administrative Assistant to the firm’s brokers. Over those years, her duties grew to include office management, advertising, creative and coordination, IT and website management, and much more. Lori obtained her real estate license in 2003 and became BIC eligible in 2024. In her role as a licensed admin, Lori worked closely with the firm’s executives and was the “go-to” person for new brokers as they began their real estate careers.
The Principal’s Advantage is a solution for individuals and professionals who need help running errands or managing their marketing and social media.
